Jam or Marmalade sauce
Recipe
1 50ml water 1 teaspoon cornflour
1 tablespoon sugar Rind and juice of 1/4 lemon
1 tablespoon raspberry jam or coloring
marmalade
1)Put sugar, jam and lemon rind and juice in a saucepan.
2)Stir over low heat until the sugar and jam dissolve.
3)Infuse for 10 minutes.
4)Strain the sauce into another pan. Blend cornflour with a little cold water. Add the sauce and boil for 3 minutes.
