Tomato sauce
250g tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
1 small carrot, 1 dessertspoon margarine
1 small onion
1)Chop onion, slice carrot and tomatoes.
2)Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the prepared vegetables.
3)Simmer for 30 minutes. Skim.
4)Rub through a sieve. Heat again.
5)Mix cornflour with a little water and add sauce.
6)Add seasoning. Boil for 5 minutes.
